The success fee
A success fee accrues once, when the buyer awards you the job in-app. It is the percentage of the accepted quote value, including materials, up to the cap shown for your membership terms. Monthly membership is separate from the per-job cap. All figures below exclude VAT.

Job cancelled by the buyer within 48 hours with no contact made → automatic credit note. Disputed fees: 14 days to raise in-app. Success fees are settled through a monthly net statement, issued on the 1st of the following month and due by the end of the 7th.
