Check the evidence on each profile
A verified Glass Suppliers account confirms control of its email address; it does not prove business identity, insurance or qualifications. Profiles may show records or checks added by a supplier or reviewed by Glass Suppliers. Confirm important credentials directly before appointing a trade.
Verified reviews
Reviews are only accepted from homeowners who actually hired the trade through the platform. Reviews are moderated, and trades can contest unfair reviews with evidence.
Every job locked to the agreement
When you accept a quote, the job's scope, price and timeline are captured in an Agreement Vault. Both parties sign before work starts, and every change is appended to a tamper-evident, hash-chained timeline — nothing can be quietly edited or deleted.
Fair dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, every job includes access to mediation and a recognised Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. Our evidence locker keeps a clear record of the work, invoices and communications.
