The shortlist is ordered by your chosen priority. This is a discussion aid; orientation, glazing area, shading, ventilation and building design affect overheating. Source figures describe the stated glazing reference, not your whole window.

Glazing Ug 1 W/m²K UV: Unavailable for this build. Values from one build cannot be transferred to a different coating, pane thickness, treatment or unit construction.
September 2026 manufacturer DGU reference; vertical glazing-only Ug, not whole-window performance. Confirm current UK product/processing evidence.
Assembly and processing conditions Coating face 2 in an IGU; confirm edge deletion and processing with manufacturer. This selection is the annealed 61/29 reference; the II heat-treatment variant needs its own confirmed specification. Glazing Ug Unavailable for this build UV: Unavailable for this build. Values from one build cannot be transferred to a different coating, pane thickness, treatment or unit construction.
Manufacturer EN410 reference, 6/16/4, face 2. Gas not specified by optical source; air is a planning placeholder. Ug/UV unavailable.
Assembly and processing conditions Must be assembled in an IGU with edge-deleted coating on face 2. SKN 165 II must be tempered; this source selection is annealed SKN 165. An overhead location still requires a project-specific safety/structural specification. March 2020 exact vertical triple assembly; 90% argon in both cavities, faces 2 and 5; current DoP to confirm.
Assembly and processing conditions No frame/spacer contribution is included in Ug. Glazing Ug 1 W/m²K UV: Unavailable for this build. Values from one build cannot be transferred to a different coating, pane thickness, treatment or unit construction.
March 2020 manufacturer assembly; vertical, 90% argon, face 3; current DoP to confirm.
Assembly and processing conditions This is the annealed source assembly; heat treatment needs its own declared product data. Sources and scope Use as proposed enquiry build Pilkington Optitherm S3 — 4 / 16Ar / 4 4mm clear annealed (Pilkington Optifloat Clear) / 16mm argon cavity (90% fill) / 4mm clear annealed (Pilkington Optitherm S3) (Optitherm S3, face 3)

Glazing Ug 1.1 W/m²K UV: Unavailable for this build. Values from one build cannot be transferred to a different coating, pane thickness, treatment or unit construction.
Historical manufacturer-published exact assembly; vertical, 90% argon, coating face 3. Current supply/DoP to confirm.
Assembly and processing conditions Soft coating remains inside an IGU on face 3 for this reference. Changing treatment, coating, gas/fill or dimensions of layers invalidates this lookup. Sources and scope Use as proposed enquiry build
Understanding the trade-offs LT is visible-light transmission (%); g is solar energy admitted (0–1); glazing Ug is heat transfer through the glazing (W/m²K). Lower g can reduce solar gains, while lower Ug reduces glazing heat loss. Whole-window performance also includes the frame and spacer.
Coating position and heat-treatment requirements are product-specific. The supported assemblies keep their manufacturer-defined coatings and protected surfaces together; changing them needs new data. UV values are shown only when sourced, and UV reduction does not guarantee that furnishings will never fade.
