This adds nominal layer thicknesses; it does not establish safety class, structural capacity or manufacturing tolerances. Annealed, heat-strengthened and toughened laminates need the appropriate specified product/system.

Cut-outs and notches

A notch must touch a panel edge. Internal radii, edge finish and remaining ligaments need individual supplier review. All drilling and cut-outs precede toughening.

These are educational examples, not your supplier’s approval. Edge and spacing rules differ. Corner/hole count/process restrictions also apply; no structural capacity is assessed.
